    issues in kb4512578

i have windows 10 build 1809. i am just about to install the cumulative update for september which is kb4512578

on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...date-kb4512578 it said under the issues:-
" We are investigating reports that a small number of devices may startup to a black screen during the first logon after installing updates."

    in the workaround it said:-
" To mitigate this issue, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then select the Power button in the lower right corner of the screen and select Restart. Your device should now restart normally.
We are working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release"

what exactly is this issue and should i be worried? if it happened to me then i do what was said and then i can restart? will the problem go away on its own or will it come back?

For whatever reason- and this happened with your last thread- your text - which I see if I list your posts from your id- doesn't appear to me- at least- when trying to read it. Your first post seems to be hidden.

I have quoted your text for you.

Suggest you ask admin about this.
