Windows 10 Version 1903
Hello,
I can see that my wife has the new update, but i don't someone knows why that is ?
This is what i see when i try to check for updates.

The message '...your device isn't quite ready for it' indicates the is a known hardware or software issue for 1903 on your particular machine. This may be a driver incompatibility or a 3rd-party AV that needs an update to work with 1903. Microsoft put a 'hold' on such machines being offered 1903 until such time as the issue is resolved.
Open this page and search for the word 'hold' to see if any known blocking issue applies to your PC. Many such issues have already been fixed by MS and the 'hold' removed, but it may be that yours hasn't (yet).
