Update to 1903 changed my internet browser access

I'm a long time user of all versions of Windows. A few days ago, I noticed in the system update app something about my version of Windows 10 Home nearing its end of life and that I should update. So I updated to the latest version, 1903(?). It took a long time but finally finished. To browse the internet, when I wish to remain annonymous, I sometimes use the Tor browser. But, since the Windows 10 update, some of the sites previously accessed by this browser now have become inaccessible. So something changed. What security change could the update have done that could have caused that? Thank you. Edit: Other browsers (Firefox, etc.) have no problems accessing these urls.

Solved. It was a noScript addon problem.

I was wrong. Problem is not solved. I can no longer access certain urls with the Tor Browser which I was able to prior to the update to Windows 10 version 1903. What could be causing this? How can I revert to the previous version of Windows 10 that worked for me?

Since I don't use the TOR browser, I can't speak with to your situation on reasonable possibilities.

However visit Tor Project | Anonymity Online and use their Documentation, Support & Community options to investigate your issues.

If it is less than 10 days since the update to 1903 and you haven't cleaned up the windows.old folder then you can go back to your previous system.

Go Back to the Previous Version of Windows in Windows 10

But as you were notified that your Windows was near end of life you almost certainly were on 1803. You'll only postpone the upgrade for a short while before it tries to upgrade again.

Sooner or later you'll have to visit the Tor documentation and work out how to make it work in 1903. You may find the latest release will fix it. If not, you could raise a bug report.

Thank you for replying. The update happened on 8/21/2019 so Windows.old was still there. I copied it to a different partition on my hdd. 1. If I copy it back to C:\ at a later date, will it still work to return to pre-update? 2. How much remaining life does 1803 have? Thank you again for taking the time to reply.

I don't know about the process you are doing.
Why not use Go Back to the Previous Version of Windows in Windows 10 as mentioned: you are on the edge of the 10-day period to do so. There are times that time frame does extend into 11 days, I believe I've seen some as long as into 12 days.
