Cannot upgrade past 1511

Retired, here as well. That's why I work on this package for posterity, but it has to also run on Win10 as you know, inevitabiliy, of course VMs will work fine and use Win 7!

I figured 1703 would be easier, but perhaps it is just a coincidence it failed identically?

I have the ISO for 1903 now, need a bit of time to "breathe" as I have a three-ring circus at the moment [2 days tops it goes back to the usual 2.5 rings]
