Installed latest Windows update but after all there is no sound

Speakers actually work. Everything is ok with hardware. Something happened to software.
You are offering me some rescue disk. My Operating system works ok. Bad happened only after windows update.
Then I reverted back to the old build and everything was perfect again. I had Realtek HD audio manager.
But I tried to install your offered 4.30. I had to go to device manager and remove all existing drivers. And then tried to install your recommended one. The install didn't went so well. It has ended up with an error 0x000005B3. There was no sound.
But I went to device manager and there was this this installment but under "Other devices" entry. I had to update it and to point it to "Sound, Video and game controllers". Only then suddenly sound was restored and everything had functions except the manager. I need that manager to set equalizer. After this I tried to uninstall sound drivers again and then install those downloaded again. This time there were no errors and OS asked to restart. But in the result there was no sound at all or there was basic sound without Realtek HD audio manager.

Are you trying to say that after common install everything should be in its place and the Realtek HD Audio Manager files(libraries, exes) must be added to it's place in C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA? (in my OS these folders are empty) and available? But directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\Drivers is not empty, it contains "RtlUpd64", "USetup.iss".

Are you suspecting that something is wrong with my OS and I should take these repair tools "Kyhi's rescue Disk" and do repair? And I don't know what exactly to do. Would this fix my issue? Or should I reinstall whole OS? I don't want to reinstall because I will lose all disk partitions and files.

I have updated Nvidia graphic driver which therefore installed its own NVidia High definition audio. It appeared in Device manager. I thought this would fix problems but it didn't

After thorough research at last I have solved the problem. It wasn't very hard. But in that previous state I was feeling helpless when I couldn't correctly install the driver. The solution provided Usha A. who is Microsoft Windows Advisor. It was through live chat at Microsoft Windows

Firstly I had to uninstall all installed audio drivers. Before this, I tried to uninstall it through Device Manager. But it actually didn't uninstalled the device or the driver. It was only uninstall imitation. After such "uninstall" Realtek directories still persisted at C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek and C:\Program Files\Realtek.

The real uninstall was only after uninstalling "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver" through appwiz.cpl opened using windows logo+R. It opens Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features which I was unable to find using Windows Settings through Start Menu. It opens uninformative white field with several large icons to settings. Then by pressing Apps and then Apps & Features also brings such list. It looked different because in white field. I like the old one which is more informative because of design and many entries can be seen. So in default windows apps list I couldn't notice "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver" but only "Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver; 3,75 MB", I swear. But now after proper Realtek HD audio driver install the entry "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver" can be seen in that default apps list.

At last I can use Realtek HD audio Manager. There are 9 files at C:\Program Files\Realtek. Never uninstall driver through Device Manager because it won't work.

Next I downloaded appropriate audio codec at GA-Z97-HD3 (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE India and installed it. This time there was no 0x000005b3 error. OS asked to restart and after all - voila everything works as it should.

I will not update windows to new builds because it will ruin my driver and sound will not work again. My OS is scheduled to upgrade itself through critical update. It will be on the 29th of August. I must stop the OS from updating itself. Can you tell me the way how to stop Windows Updates?
Windows doesn't think with mind. It installs new drivers that are inappropriate for the motherboard.

See, dalchina, I don't need that "Kyhi's Rescue Disk". The solution was simple, but I was unable to find it due to inappropriate Windows behavior.

Tell me how to stop Windows Updates. Or at least how to prevent it to touch my sound driver codec.

But what if I let Windows to update itself, but when it changes sound driver I would reinstall same old sound driver that fits my motherboard again?

Alright. I have downloaded "Windows Update MiniTool 20.12.2016". I launched the exe and on the lower left corner Disabled automatic updates.
In Windows settings at Windows Update appeared red note: "*Some settings are managed by your organization" and down below: "*We'll automatically download and install updates, except on metered connections (where charges may apply). In that case, we'll automatically download only those updates required to keep Windows running smoothly."

Let's see whether updates will happen.

When I click Start menu Power button there are five commands instead of three: Sleep, Update and shut down, Shut down, Update and restart, Restart. I want to get rid of those two offering to update. Is there a way?

I have also uninstalled older Realtek driver which was from motherboard manufacturer page and installed the one you offered. It's because when using older driver Realtek HD Audio Manager popup dialog kept popping up just because it was thinking that my Line out or microphone cable was plugging in or out. But it didn't. Looks like with newer driver it happens the same but more rare. Perhaps for this I have to go to Connector Settings and to switch off function called "Enable auto popup dialog, when device has been plugged in".
