Damn. I tried to experiment with those drivers and ended up not having sound even on my old build. I thought I will be happy with this driver 4.31. But it didn't had Realtek HD Audio manager, besides the install of it ended up with the error code 0x000005B3. As a result there were more functions at sound icon, but there were no manager. And I needed that to set equalizer.
So I thought I have to install a bit older versions. First I went to device manager, Sound, Video and game controllers and uninstalled everything there. Then tried to install driver versions from GA-Z97-HD3 (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
and Agree to Download - REALTEK
But these two as well as yours ended up in install error 0x000005B3.
So now I have no sound.
Dxdiag tell me that I even "No sound card is found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacture".
I thought this will be easy.
Help me.

Now tell me how to reach Realtek HD audio manager window. It's specific speaker icon has to be inside quick launch bar in hidden icons sub-bar. That's the problem with every new windows build.
Important files that ends with 64 are put to Programs and Files (x86). I don't think it's ok.
Though sound is returned but I can't find Realtek HD audio manager.
