    KB4507419 .NET Framework Update for v1809


    I installed KB4507419 (Update to .NET Framework 3.5, 4.72, 4.8 for v1809) last month when it came out. Today I received it again. What gives?

    Afix was applied along with updated microcode for those CPU's that are now allowed to let the KB get installed.

    Microcode? Why would that be buried in a .NET Framework update? Microcode updates have always been stand-alone updates.

    Anyhow I applied the update and no reboot was required.
