Windows 10 updates on multiple computers.

I have 5 computers running Windows 10 1903, some updates show on 2 computers but not on the others, is it possible the ones without the updates don't need them?.
The updates not showing on all are :- KB4505903, KB2538243 and KB4507453.

You can review comments on and the sequence of updates here:
    https://www.tenforums.com/windows-10-news/

You can search the thread for a particular update of course.

KB4505903 is the latest: I have 4497165 after that, but it was applied manually, being an optional microcode update in June.

If you wish, you can download an update from the link at the end of the news article and install it.

KB4505903 and KB4507453 are cumulative updates - any computer only needs the latest cumulative update.
Not all computers are notified that they need an update at the same time - that would cause huge spikes in MS server use so they tell us in waves.

KB2538243 is Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2538243) dated 4/5/2012 [Size: 18.0 MB] I suppose it is possible that a particular application installed one one of your computers needs this.
