i can't install this update KB4507435 telling me error 0x80070002. I already reset the update manager, tried to repair with sfc and dism So what should i do? Generally what to do if an update fails? Does this mean all future updates will fail too or even might not be downloaded and installed?
This Ver 1903 Cumulative update has been replaced by KB4505903 so perhaps you could give that a go?

There is an update troubleshooter in Settings, Update, Troubleshoot but I always found the TenForumsTutorial [that FreeBooter gave you a link for] to be more effective.
