    Windows update stuck at 89% HP


    Hello people,

    So when i was playing with windows 10 and her new functions i noticed my touchpad doesn't have the pitch zoom etc. while normally it should have.

    After some research i noticed that i don't have the valid driver for my touchpad. Because of that i start searching in windows itself and i noticed that my windows update doesn't continue after the 89%. When i clicked on detail i saw that Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2553347) 64-Bit Edition was waiting for install but the other 2, Synaptics driver update for Synaptics SMBus TouchPad and SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. - Other hardware - SAMSUNG Mobile MTP Device were waiting for a download.

    I tried to search synaptics on my laptop but that didn't gave my any results. Would that mean that i don't have the drives for the touch pad and have to install it via hp forum?

    It was just as i expected, i didn't had any drivers related to my touchpad. Sorry for the waste of time.
