If helpful, here is the Reg file for the 2 registry entries to set to 0. Just un-zip (extract) it, and run it. Should restart afterward.

    Defer_to_0.zip

Thank you, Bree, for the excellent summary of a workaround.
I'll mention that the value names listed in your post as "DeferFeaturesUpdatePeriodInDays" and "DeferQualtyUpdatePeriodInDays" are listed in my Registry as "DeferFeatureUpdatesPeriodInDays" and "DeferQualityUpdatesPeriodInDays", respectively.
I discovered this issue just today and have not done any research on it. Does anyone have any idea as to when this bug might actually be fixed? I don't like the idea of these "Defer..." settings not being shown, as it might be a source of confusion in the future if a user forgets that this bug exists and, after a glance at the "Advanced options" app, mistakenly thinks that his PC is up to date when it is not.

Thank you. Typos now corrected in the original post.

MS still don't seem to have acknowledged that this bug exists . If everyone reports this in the Feedback Hub then they may get round to fixing it.

Bree, Thanks, but you'll want to recheck your edited summary post---need to delete the "s" in "Features", and add the missing "i" in "Qualty" (the latter of which I missed myself the first time I read it). Thanks again!

This Feature is missing on both of my PC`s, very strange. And I always set my Defer to 365 days, so I thought it was removed in 1903, gonna try the mentioned fixes above before trying a Repair install, that may not even fix it. IMO

    Wooo Hoooo, all Fixed

    Now to fix the X299.

    Thanks guys

Now to create a fresh image.

If you just take a peek at those two Reg keys, you should see your 365.

But for some reason it has disappeared from the Z170

I had to run the reg file again to bring in back again.

If you set a number of days for one (or both) of the defer options they will disappear again. Not immediately, but at the next check for updates (either by clicking 'check for updates' or at the next automatic check).

That`s odd, wonder why it`ll keep doing that

Others have it when they install W10, but yet not when I install W10.

    Yep, it`s gone again.

But as long as I can see that Feature Updates are deferred for 365 days, I`ll have to live with that.
