Problems updating Windows 10 1703 to latest version

I have got problems updating Windows 10 1703 to latest version on Microsoft Surface Pro 4. After reboot it starts to install Windows 10 feature update and gets to 26% when it restarts and reverts back to previous version.

I have tried stand alone installation with no difference.

I have uninstalled all software and retried with no luck.

I have tried dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth with no errors found and sfc /scannow with no errors found.

Any suggestions what I should do?

    Thank you for all help.

Problems updating Windows 10 1703 to latest version

    Hi all,

I have found issue is with boot record.
I have found that when I boot into Installation drive for windows 10 and go to cmd prompt and do a bootrec /rebuildbcd I get the message Successfully Scanned Windows installations. Total identified Windows installations : 0. The operation completed successfully.
    I then decide to do
    bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup
    attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s
    ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
    bootrec /rebuilddcd

    but when I try attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s I get an error saying c:\boot not found.

Any ideas how to solve issue?

    Thank you for all help.
