Update problem on Windows 10 Home 1803 - Update Fails 0x800F0922

Hi all,

I'm having problems with Windows Updates on my Windows 10 Home laptop. My laptop currently runs Windows 10 Home 1803 (OS Build 17134.829).

I've tried installing the following updates, but all failed.
2019-06 KB4503288
2019-06 KB4509478
2019-07 KB4507435
2019-07 KB4507466

I tried installing automatically via Windows Update and also manually via Microsoft Update Catalog, but it always fails every time. After the system reboot, it showed the message, "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer."

I don't use any 3rd party antivirus, only Windows Defender.

I've tried the Windows Update troubleshooter, it doesn't solve the problem.

I've included the output of Get-WindowsUpdateLog powershell command on the attachment.

My laptop:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ
• Memory: 8GB
• HDD: 1TB (213 GB free), my laptop only has one C: drive, E: drive is DVD-RW drive.

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this? Please let me know if you need any other info.

The script has many options, which one should I run? Do I need to run them all?

Run "Resets the Windows Update Components" option.

I just tried both of your script, unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem. I'll probably wait till next patch Tuesday.

I finally solved my problem after running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and sfc /scannow

I think last time it didn't work because I forgot to run sfc /scannow
