    Hi Dannee223

What is your current version and build number?

Windows keys + R, type winver, enter

I saw you downgraded to 1809, did you update to 1903 at one point?

I upgraded to 1903 earlier but too buggy for me. And I downgraded to 1809 the reason i wanted to try the 1903 because of that issue, and I thought it would be fixed after downgrading again. But it still persist.

Have you installed the latest Servicing Stack Update.

Says it can address your error code.

If you have 1809 boot media I would just run an inplace repair.

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

If you don't have then you can get a copy here.

Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool

You said you deleted deleted the softwaredistribution folder. Did you run an update reset or an update trouble shooter to do this or you did manually. Might start with Brink's tutorial.

Brink methods safe? i wont get stuck in bootloop etc?
