This update is a "microcode update" for specific CPU.

The update is being pushed to all computers still on v1809, including AMD machines. It shouldn't cause any problems if it's not needed or even applicable. But if you want to be extra cautious, I guess you could block it.

Got it on my Ryzen PC, totally irrelevant, however it's installed, note to self check KB before installing, however it is not causing any issues, so I'm leaving it be, guess Microsoft will be kept happy.

I expect there are many who don't need it who have it by now.

As stated, everyone seems to be getting it - and if it doesn't have microcode for your CPU it will do nothing.

The one that does apply to your machine but is only available as a standalone update (so won't be pushed) is KB4494174.
