So i am trying to update my laptop, but keep getting the "We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes" error. And later when looking at the error code it says "0x80071a2d".
So the update is a Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB4503327), and for some reason, I can't update it.
I have tried to update it via cmd and manually through the installation cab file.
P.S. The laptop is brand new.
From the KB number you appear to be using build 1809.

The comments following do not mention that error number, and there seems no useful reference to it on the forum.
Google cannot find this error number correlated with that update (I assume you've tried that).

Before installing this update
in the above tutorial.
chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or powershell prompt.
If ok, then try running the Windows Update troubleshooter (which you can find via Settings).
If ok, try
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10
and retry the update.
