Windows Updates stuck at 0%

    There are log collectors in another forum.
    Make sure the default language is English so that the logs can be scanned and read:

    Run both V2 and DM and upload results into this thread.

    Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

    System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
    In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
    After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

    Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    I attempted to update to1903 via normal update and the download tool forever, then it just it juststuck on 7% during install. I reset the updateand thank Heavens it actually rest so now my PC is back to ground zero. Not sure it is worth the effort and satedtime to do this update. Suggestions?
