Settings Update History Not Recording

The history list in Settings/Update has not updated since the 1903 version has been installed. The list in the Uninstall section does not match the list in Update History.
This 1903 is at version .145 and the Kb4497935 is in the uninstall list (5/25 but there is no entry in the update history. The last items are 5/21 for Net Framework and Adobe Flash updates.

Just wondered if the History list is not going to be maintained and using the uninstall list is the procedure to check what has been done or not.

How were the updates installed? I've noticed that if I manually installed updates, they don't show up here. They only seem to show if updated via Windows update.

Now I'm not totally sure but I would say the updates were manually installed. That tends to be my habit since WU is slow in both arriving and downloading. There is a second machine, a laptop and it is also not listing all updates. Previous to 1903 manual installed updates did display in the history list. Its not a big deal to click on the Uninstall label
