After check for updates-1903 offered but i got an error during install

Ive just got Windows 10 1903 this afternoon after manually checking Windows Updates. I got the following error after downloading. It appeared while 1903 was installing "We cant finish the Update. Try restarting your device and we'll try again. Error Code 0x8007000e" Also...There was a Retry button underneath this message.
Has anyone else had this message?
What are you supposed to do when you get this message? Do you leave the window open, click on the Start menu/Power/Restart..or do you click on the Retry button? I don't know whether the Retry button does the restart or whether you are supposed to manually restart as you would normally from the Windows Start menu/Power/Restart
