Your programs or drivers are not compatible

I was trying to update Windows 10 using an ISO when I got a message saying that my PC cannot update because some drivers or programs are not compatible.

Mfg and model. Did you try unplugging all attached devices before running the update?

It's an Acer E573G. I think that it came out in late 2015.

Backup your current install, then do what is called a clean install.

I'll need another Windows key for that, right?

perhaps also ask in the Acer Community forums on what to do when installing/updating to the latest Win10 version on the Acer E5-573G laptop as Acer has not provided newer drivers for newer Win10 versions

Microsoft's "AI" lookup table decided that I can indeed get the update, so it just installed and I haven't noticed anything going wrong so far, everything like the touchpad and my graphics card seem to work, so I guess I just had to wait a little while : P
