Have you installed all cumulative updates ? I do not see that entry in Event Viewer. It was an older issue with 1809, here's a suggested workaround, if it bothers you - https://www.ghacks.net/2018/12/29/wi...1534-warnings/
Unfortunately, I have unsuccessfully tried the proposed solution.
In connection with changing the permissions on the TDL folder, I am denied access to saving the changes.

I'm the only user of the computer and of course the administrator.

In fact, it is not me as a user who must correct errors and deficiencies in eg. the regDB for getting a smooth PC - it must be Microsoft!

A few days before release of 1903, version 1809 is finally ready from Microsoft.

Microsoft officially designates Windows 10 1809 as ready for broad deployment | ZDNet

It seems I was a few days too quick with the manual updates last week

In connection with the next update, I will wait much longer, so Microsoft has plenty of time to test its own software/updates.

My old eMachine EL1333G-01W PC's will not update to 1809 either. Guess MS is in the PC selling lately. Why should we believe them?

I have three PC's I watch after. Two running AMD chips that updated to 1809 within a week of release (both less than two years old), and one running Intel. The Intel machine still has 1803. Only two years old itself, and everything is up-to-date. I guess I'll either get 1903 instead, or get 1809 when 1903 is released.

Or most likely be back here in six months asking why it is still stuck on 1803.

"Speak of the Devil, and he shall appear". So I came back from getting something to eat, and I had the notification that I needed to restart to finish updating. Took about an hour, but now I'm on 1809. Go figure.

Too funny! I'm on 1903. So far it feels very solid. I would not hesitate to recommend to upgrade to it as soon as possible.

Same here. I backed up with Macrium and took the leap Sunday. No issues here.

As with previous feature updates, I keep an eye on the progress and the reports of others and when it seems pretty solid that the final is out to insiders I go ahead and get the jump on it with my main machine. gives me a chance to use it before my clients receive it.

    Wow....

After the 'false start' and the problems it caused, MS have been very slow to roll out 1809. You, along with 71.6% of the world's PCs haven't yet seen the Features Update to 1809. That is nothing to worry about, 1803 will continue to get all the latest security fixes.

AdDuplex Windows Device Statistics reports - February 2019

Slow? It's now mid-July and I have YET to get 1803 or 1809 and now 1903 is widely available. Why are people like me left in the dust and to make it even more fun and interesting, I am now getting notifications that my version of Windows 10 will no longer be supported after July 31, 2019!
