Can i determine Update Installation failure reasons from CBS.log ?

    Hi,
This been happening to me since i upgraded to windows 10, 3 years ago, almost every now and then, i get an update that causes my computer to go into restarting loop and all i can do is either restaure, or force shutdown (press power button) and then i get this message:
    "Updates couldn't Complete, Undoing Changes"

This is the update if that can helps:

but i'm wondering if there is a way to know what's causing the issue ?
also not sure if this important or not but i don't have developer mode enabled.

here is a google drive link to my CBS.log file, ctrl+f for "fail" gives a log of result, maybe that would be a good starting points for you Windows gurus to know what's going on.

Thanks a log in advance! i would really appreciate it if you help me solve this issue.

    have a good day

Hi, your link requires email confirmation for access. Better to zip the file (Compress it) and upload it as an attachment here.

That log file would only indicate the level of inconsistency between your system files and the repository, should the check fail.

For update failures you need different log files.

Did SFC /SCANNOW fail? You would have seen the result on the screen.

You could consider, rather than trying to fix 1803, upgrading manually to 1809 by downloading an iso, also noting 1903 will becoming available soon.

Meanwhile you could try another couple of basic checks:

    - check your disk - e.g. Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) - incl. SSD - great GUI summary - or a free prog to check SMART params
    - from an admin command or Powershell prompt run
    chkdsk c: /scan
    and report the summary result

Hi, the CBS log suggests the failures are related to OneDrive.

You could try removing that (whether it's the UWP app or the desktop version) and retrying.

But before you do that, as I said before, start with basics:
Meanwhile you could try another couple of basic checks:
