Reiterate my post #5 ref in-place upgrade repair if you have system problems.

    You can try
UUP Dump Downloader: download Windows 10 ISO images - gHacks Tech News
for example- I don't know if 1903 will be there via that.

    UUP dump: Browse known builds
    - lots of choice, but be careful what you ask for.

    Proabably out in May.. maybe.

Lol it is still loading while it says it won't took long time. Hope it will eventually finishes. Okay it worked. But i finds no updates and i checked skip to the next release, which is supposed to give windows preview builds and major releases! I selected skipt to next release and it switched somehow back to basic, now it is looking for updates, so maybe it will finally work ,
    OKAY IT IS INSTALLING
    It installed successfuly
, but i don't know why these updates always mess up settings. It turn on prefetcher for example. Latency is better, hope it brings better gaming performance at least.
Well it is just opposite of i was hoping now i have micro freezes every second, how do i undo this? OR never mind it seems to be okay now.
