Yes, in fact a clean install won't even ask you which edition to install or ask for a key. That OEM key shown by ShowKeyPlus is embedded in the firmware of the PC. Setup will detect this key, use it to determine that W10 Pro should be installed, then Windows will use it to get activated by the Microsoft activation servers with a digital license.
All above board and legitimate because this PC is licensed for the OEM W8.1 Pro and that license is entitled to an upgrade to W10.

When you boot from the install usb to do a clean install Setup will skip asking for a key because it has already found one in the PC's firmware. It will install the edition appropriate for that key, Pro in your case. You only get the option to choose which edition to install if you click 'I don't have one' when asked for a key, but you won't be asked for a key for this PC as Setup already has one.
Just for grins -- I have used a little program/app called "Magical Jelly Bean" Product Key Finder for some years now.

It has proved handy.
A fair number of those key finders will not find the OEM embedded key. Or the original install key. All they give you is the generic key that is used with the Digital license. Just a heads up FYI post.
I always purchase new Laptop with pre-installed genuine Windows License. But this time Lenovo X1 Carbon is not available in my country so I had to purchase USED one and which came with non-genuine key. Than I planned myself to check which Windows pre-installed does it came with!
Than I wrote here to fix that issue and yes issue fixed and happy to have Genuine Windows 10 Pro License!
