Do you have Revo Pro? If so you can use the Forced Uninstall button and browse to the exe file.

Check the Programs and Features list in the Control Panel.

I have Revo uninstaller but not pro, and already checked, the codemeter isnt listed. I had also looked at that guide you posted from Toms but wasnt able to get much from it. It tried using the uninstall program they recommended but that couldnt find it either.
The last post on Toms talks about it being listed under Other Programs and Recover My Files, but ive been unable to locate these tabs.

Have you looked here yet? (Posted above)
Check the Programs and Features list in the Control Panel.

E.g. Windows key + R, control, click Programs and Features, search or scroll down

That's the first idea in that guide.
On Windows please open the "Add/Remove Programs" dialog of the Control Panel. In the list you will find "CodeMeter Runtime Kit".
note this comment in the thread
CodeMeter for me came with Propellerhead's Reason and it appeared in the uninstall a program list as "Authorizer", perhaps it's under that name for you as well.
Anoter approach may be to identify the program it came with and uninstall that. They mention 'PROPELLERHEAD'S REASON'

All I've done is re-present that first thread for you.

Yea, as stated above i already tried using Geek, Revo and Windows uninstaller. None of them list it. Ive been able to locate the registry entry for Codemeter though, through Revo, so maybe i could just delete the folder and delete the registry entries?

    ?

No no - you're missing the point. Control Panel/ Program and Features.

Have you looked there? Please confirm.

Do you have any clue which prog it's related to?

    But:

Note: If CodeMeter has been installed together with another software, CodeMeter is not displayed in "Control Panel | Software". In this case, you must uninstall all other software applications which have CodeMeter installed.

There's the clue - from the 2nd thread. Which prog did it come with?

    This thread lists a few:
CodeMeter.exe Windows process - What is it?

and note ref. to possible malware.

Yes that was the first place i looked. Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall or change a program. Im assuming this is what you mean.
Im not sure which program its related to, but according to google its from Waibu-Systems and is some kind of LAN or WAN thingie. Not sure.

It looks as if Wise Uninstaller (free) offers a function like Revo Uninstaller Pro's Forced Uninstall - browse to something, scan for related items and remove.

However, a better approach would be to identify the program it came with.
For example, perhaps running some program will mean you see it running in the task manager.
The program would be something relatively uncommon I think.
