I found the 1709 ISO and is currently downloading. Ive attached a zip with the setuprr.log, setupact.log and a log from Hard Disk Sentinel.
Chkd gave the following message: Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems. No further action is required.

Great - don't forget to run chkdsk as previously posted.

This was one of the failures in your log: 2017-02-20 14:31:35, Warning MOUPG SetupManager: Copying dynamic update files failed: [0x80070020]
The suggested mitigation for that failure is to perform the upgrade in clean boot:
How to perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 - TechNet Articles - United States (English) - TechNet Wiki

    0x80070020
The existing process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Use the MSCONFIG tool to perform a clean boot on the machine and then try to perform the update again. For more information, see How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

However, you have already tried that...

Ive tried installing the update from clean boot twice today, as posted in an earlier post. Unless you mean using the ISO? Which i havent tried.

At this stage always use the iso, and don't accept updates.

Can you uninstall this corsair utility before retrying?

And what program does this belong to please?

Can you find the file, rt click, Properties, details- see if you can find the company it comes from.

This is very similar to your log:
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 - error 0xc1900101 - Microsoft Community

    - not resolved....

** When attempting the upgrade don't have a USB drive connected. Put the iso on your internal disk, preferably not on C:

I already did some googling to find out what it is. Its apparently from Wibu-Systems. I cant find it in either Revo uninstaller, Geek, or windows uninstaller, so im trying a couple of things out. Apparently people have had issues removing it too.
