Need Suggestions for a failed 1809 update

The '19' verifier run did crash on boot. Not sure what I should be doing at this point. In searching, it looks like you usually get a driver listed on the BSOD screen, but I did not (screen shot below). I have run the beta log process and can upload that. I did not run setupdiag as I have not run the update again.

When running windows driver verifier the more the bsod the better in creating files for debugging.
The mini and memory dump files can be debugged to find misbehaving drivers and malfunctioning hardware.
After each BSOD:
a) Run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
b) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip and post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

The existing wireless driver was the most recent Dell and was for Vista. I found one at Intel for Win7 that has a higher version (13.4.0.139) and more recent date. So I installed that.

Today is 3/10/2019.
The mini dump file collected by the BETA log collector and the memory dump file were from BSOD crashes on 3/3/2019.

How come these were one week old?
How come the BETA log collector was not ran today?
Were there any newer BSOD between 3/3 and 3/10?

The BSOD on 3/3 was with the use of windows driver verifier and was bucheck C4.

1) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)

2) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Dell website
(if the Nvidia GPU driver is not available on the Dell website then use the Nvidia website)

3) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

I did do that stuff about a week ago. Had not uploaded it as I needed to use the machine and not worry about crashing (it's used to prepare tax returns for the seniors and poor through IRS/AARP/ & our local county).

I think the video driver is the most recent from Dell but will note the version and install the most recent from Dell and compare. I think the Dell one was for vista. I have found one that I think is for this laptop at nvidia that is windows 7. But that's about as good as it's going to get unless I revert back to the MS driver (assuming that is better.

The Dell drivers are the best tested drivers for the hardware configuration.
The Dell drivers can be tried first.
Then perform Windows updates.
If the driver causes BSOD then the available Nvidia drivers can be tested.
If multiple driver versions cause BSOD then the hardware needs to be checked.

I am using the most recent Dell driver (Vista).

I can't find any on the NVIDIA site. At first I thought the driver search page wasn't working but I could find drivers for other adapters for windows. I also can find drivers for this adapter for non-windows OS such as Linux. Just none of any kind for this adapter for windows. Nothing from xp->win10 x32 or x64.

I did search for other sites. I found a laptopvideo2go.com but I'm currently trying to figure that one out.

semantic.gs has a driver package that I will likely try (already have 2 backups before I try this one)

Any suggestions? Or has this played out in your opinion. It is a 2006 machine.

Nvidia has a link for an automatic driver search.
The browser must have Java (one option is using IE)
