    Hi ledjo3009.

Please restart device (not shutdown) and retry.

If that fails please reset Windows Updates.

Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

Suggest you download file, disconnect from Internet, run file, restart computer, not shutdown, connect to internet and retry or check for updates.

Thank you. I solved the problem by deleting the old update. Then I looked for "KB4476976" on the "C" partition. I found it in "C: \ Windows \ Servicing \ Packages" and deleted all that could be deleted from there. Of course, while I was doing all that, I did not recruit the accountant. Then I downloaded "windows10.0-kb4476976-x64_a9c241844c041cb8dbcf28b5635eecb1a57e028a.msu" from the "https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4476976" site and installed it. And it was successfully installed.
