Me either on all five of my computers.

I know I can install it manually, but I want it pushed by MS as they promised when they released Windows 10 and its pretty clear they can't do it properly/in a timely manner.

Just to let other Users know that you're not alone. I too haven't had the 1809 update but reading about 1903 being just around the corner with big changes under the hood, I'm happy to wait for that, even if it gets delayed. I'm still on 1803 like many of you and thankfully, I'm having no issues with this build so I'll stick with it, unless WU decides otherwise.

I'll assume there are other threads started since this one sort of fizzled but another month has gone by and I have not received 1809 on any of my five computers. Ridiculous.

I still have never received it either on my 2 computers. I'm assuming we'll get the next big upcoming update in April.

    Hi folks.

Use UUPDUMP to get the relevant updates and select the build you want -- create the iso (it's automatic) and just run the setup.exe from the created iso -- then you are "Good to Go" . You can even test insider builds without joining program too -- save existing build first before updating though. For X-64 it's the AMD64 option, for X86 it's the X86 option and I'm not sure who has ARM type cpu's but somebody must have them. Choose Language and type of windows you want e.g Win 10 PRO, Win 10 Home, All editions etc and folow on screen instructions -- I've used this flawlessly for the last few builds.

After update you can delete the windows.old file via the disk utilities in properties against the "C" drive after you've booted up your updated system.

    UUP dump

    Cheers

Appreciate the suggestion but please reread my replies. I will not jump through hoops to get an upgrade that MS should be delivering automatically. There are millions of users without the knowledge to do what you suggest. MS promised to upgrade my OS, and they can't do it properly.

Bru, I totally agree. But I just read on the Ask Bob (Bob Rankin) e-mail I get that if you are not updated to version 1809 then the new April updated won't be delivered. Here is the direct quote:
Should You Postpone Windows 10 Updates?

First, if you activated Windows 10 less than 30 days before any major update is due to happen, you get a pass; the update will not come to such “young” Windows installations. Presumably, that’s because infant Windows 10 installations are born current.
Second, if you have not been updated to the last major update, then the next one will not be delivered to you, and you will not be able to install it manually. The 2018 Fall Update is Version 1809 (Each Version number consists of the year [‘18] and month [09 - September] of the update’s scheduled release). It is important to have Version 1809, else Version 1903 will not install. (You may see references elsewhere to the "April 2019 Update" or "Version 19H1" -- both are alternate or code names for Version 1903.)
Bru, I'd like to know what you suggest about this.

I finally decided to take a chance and installed version 1809 using the Media Creation Tool. Everything is good! The only thing I found is that System Restore was disabled (I enabled it again). I also changed the System Restore Scheduled Task to run Daily at 12:00AM.

Using the tool that @jimbo45 posted you can even upgrade to the April update, 19H1! It"s running great on my laptop!

Glad to hear that, but not surprised....

That, particularly the last bit, is total nonsense. For software compatibility reasons I recently had to upgrade a machine from Windows 7 initially to the original 2015 release, version 1507 build 10240. I then manually upgraded that direct to 1809. There was no need at all to have any of the intervening updates and the upgrade to 1809 installed perfectly.
