FIX for: KB4023057 Fails - Error 0x80070643 (Windows 10 v1803)

    My follow up to my original thread:
    Please look at the two screenshots below:

    As you can see, after 6 attempts at installing the update, I uninstalled 2018-11 from apps + features, rebooted and MS downloaded it again. Then it immediately downloaded 2019-1. Both successfully. And as you can see, it's back in apps + features. Don't know which download is the one in apps + features. But I'm sure MS knows what they're doing.

Solved 0x80070643 Error when updating Windows Defender in Windows Updates and Activation
Have had this error for a couple days now. Tried regular checks to verify system components and online image and windows update service diagnostics, cleaned up SoftwareDistribution, turned off non-Microsoft auto starting services, - all to no avail....
