    Has anyone upgraded the machine mentioned above from Win 7 to 10? Any problems occured?

    Yes I did and the audio stopped working completely!

    Luckily I've managed to get it back with this driver (download 2nd 28MB file)

    Download Lenovo_E46L_win7_Audio_33219.zip driver files For Sony , Size: 26.82M

    Hope this helps as I've had no audio for weeks since I upgraded to Win10!
