    Hi, try
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 | Tutorials
    and see if that helps.

Your build appears to be the latest for 1803. Do you know which update/upgrade is failing?
See your Update History and post a screenshot.
To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post. Thanks.

    Cumulative Update KB4483234 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.472 - Dec. 19 Windows Update - Windows 10 Forums

If that update is supposed to take your build to 17134.472, and it fails, I'm puzzled that you say your build is that number.

Could you please try Windows key + R, winver to check your build number?

Don't forget to try the tutorial I posted before to reset Windows update.
Then try updating again - or you can download the update manually from a link after the article above.

Out of curiosity, look at the Control Panel list of installed updates.

E.g. Windows key + R, control, Programs and Features, View Installed Updates.
    Is that update shown there?

I still don't understand the failure in Update History vs your build number.

    Well, I would suggest
    a. Use the tutorial I posted way above to reset Windows update.
    b. Restart
    c. See whether that update is then shown in the C Panel list.

If it is you could try uninstalling it, running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and if ok, Windows Update.
