1809 Feature Update

Just got the 1809 feature update and when I change to dark background (Personalize > Color > Choose your default app mode), the desktop context menu background does not change color but the text changes to white and you can see it.

EDIT: Just found the problem, I was using Aero theme.

I still have an issue with my Context Menu "New" hanging up; when will MS-13 fix that one?

have you tried reporting this problem to Microsoft in their MS community forums?

a fix may not come right away as it may take a while
