Windows Update Issues

    I used the Media Creation Tool, it seemed to have work though its doing updates. Even though it seemed like a reinstall rather than an upgrade

    If you had to setup your account during installation, then it wasn't an upgrade and was an reinstall instead.

    Thanks for all the advice from yourself and others that posted in this thread.

    So end of story , Media Creation Tool worked, all other methods gave me a headache

    It seems I am no longer in Insider either , which is better for me
