Still haven't received Windows 10 1809 Update via Windows Update

Always upgrade on Day 1, every single Feature update, while still having bits of issues, and not sure what latest issues related to, if all else fails and issue keeps happening, (Reference Post in Browsers & Email section for latest issue) Of course systems here run 3rd party antivirus (Avast Free) unknown if reason why i'm so many issues or what at this point.

May buy a newer SSD at Christmas for main Desktop, and do a full system cleanup, and attempt to leave my usual Antivirus off for good if I can do that

So I installed the update on my HP and my mom's Acer. It seems pretty stable on the HP. But the Acer keeps giving issues with losing it's connection to the internet/Wi-Fi. It says the default gateway is not available. Each time I troubleshoot the network, it resets the Wi-Fi adapter but eventually loses it's connection again.

I have listed the above screenshots of what the Acer PC has been experiencing? Is this a network issue or is it a computer issue?
