You did a clean install from an unaltered official 1803 ISO to a NEW replacement hard drive? Drivers up to date and internet working correctly as well?

Yes Porthos I just had to do yet another clean install as the drive cable was at fault (have had a few crashes just lately) and I am up to date after using the DVD method.

Thanks to all for the tiem and patience though!!
