    Millions of PCs Running October Update Haven’t Received Critical Fixes


    "Microsoft has spent that last month frantically fixing bugs in Windows 10’s October 2018 Update. But, if you’re one of the millions of people who installed the update when it was available, you haven’t actually been getting those bug-fix updates!

    Windows 10’s October 2018 Update had quite a few important bugs that needed fixing, even after the original file deletion bug..."

    Thanks for posting this @hello10. I have at least 4 machines running 1809 right now and I didn't know this until I followed the trail from this post. I'll be blogging about this tomorrow and will give you a shout-out therein. Thanks again,

    You can update to Build 17763.107 using KB4464455 for Slow and Release Preview, no need to be Insider. Download the .cab file from Brink's link in post 1 of this thread and install to update - KB4464455 Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow + RP Build 17763.107 Oct. 30
