On the third and final pass did it report clean?

    Did you uninstall Malwarebytes?

If it did not report clean you will need to use DISM.

Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

Step 6 or 7 is for using an external source if the replacement files on your system are damaged.

    Malwarebytes was already uninstalled.

If it did not report clean you will need to use DISM.

Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

Step 6 or 7 is for using an external source if the replacement files on your system are damaged.
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Says that file are not recoverable
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    Returned error 0x80004002
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:E:\sources\install.esd:1
    Returned the same error above

As you can see from the latest command, I specified the install.esd path (E:), which is a Windows 10 1803 created from the Media Creation Tool
