A big green box. No Microsoft logo. Is this a virus or is it from Microsoft. Doesn't sound professional. Can't do a screen print or access my computer.

If you check in Windows Update, is there an update available?

Usually, it will look similar to this below for Windows Update.

You could identify the originating program using the attached. But you say you can't access your PC..

Simply run the exe (comes with Autohotkey) and click on the window of interest.

Is there any background to this? What happened before this?
