Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10

Hi there. I am having a Windows 7 Enterprise VL installation and i want to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. I have a Windows 7 Ultimate key but i dont want to reinstall the whole system. Too many apps and configuration. Is there a way to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro?

Unfornatunately, your edition of Windows 7 isn't illegible for a free upgrade. To be illegible, you'd have to use that Win 7 Ultimate you have.

And, I understand your pain at not wanting to re-install your whole system. But, in your case, it's the only way.

Yes, my problem is installing and transferring the apps/settings. This would be a pain in the ass and a week of work..
