Is the 1809 ISO downloaded from MCT any good ?

I installed 1809 2 weeks ago via WU.
At the same day, I also downloaded the iso from MCT.

Question : In light of MS pulling the October Update, is the iso I downloaded 2 weeks ago any good ?

It's good for research and for gamblers.
There are threads in Ten Forums reporting problems with the upgrade.
    Others did not detect problems.
With files disappearing one would have to account for all files otherwise at a later time they could discover missing files.
It's usual to halt a rollout.
More often there is a Windows update to fix problems.
So it seems best to wait until the next Windows build has been troubleshooted.

Sorry, I am not sure I understand what you said to me.

I have no issue with the update.
My concern is about the iso I had downloaded from MCT. Is it good for future reinstall ? Do I delete it ?
Let's say MS has found the problem and fixed it. Does that mean MS will also make corrections to the iso file from MCT ?

There is no longer a 1809 available iso from the Microsoft website as it is displaying Windows 1803.
It is likely there will be a new 1809 MCT once the major problems are fixed.

The MCT that has already been download is useful for in place upgrade repairs.

The computer that I'm using now has the MCT on the desktop.
There was a problem noticed immediately after the installation: the display was dim.
This was fixed by manually changing the settings.
Others manually changed the settings and after reboot the display was dim again.
One OP may have tried to modify the display adapter.
    Another reverted back to 1803.

There is a 10 day window to revert.
