Windows 10 October update BUG! - Solved

I updated my windows 10 yesterday.
After the update, the Windows Store, Ms Edge and Cortana have stop connecting to the internet.
Other browsers continue connecting and browsing as usual. There's no problem with other softwares, just Windows Store apps it seems.

After search the internet I found this following topic below talking about "public Network" and "private network" settings.
I changed these settings and the up mentioned softwares returned connecting but its the contrary of what the topic says.
Windows Store, Cortana and Edge only connects if I choose "public network", if I use "private network" they all stops again.

Look at "Solution 1" in this topic:
Fix: Microsoft Edge not working in Windows 10

Before this update I have never had any of these problem.
Does anyone knows something more that I can try to solve this problem?
I already try to disable windows firewall but it doesn't helped.
