shutdown /r is a normal restart.
The steps that were made in msconfig will take place after the reboot.

Run the Kaspersky removal tool again before the in place upgrade repair:

Ok, malwarebytes won't uninstall with the removal tool. Very frustrating. I attached a zipped copy of the Malwarebytes clean up log. I'm sorry but I think I need to get some rest and revisit this tomorrow. Please, go ahead and leave me any further instructions. I am burnt toast at this point.

Open this link and post the results into the thread:

    https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3_check

Please create a support ticket for Malwarebytes and submit both the above and the new logs.

Ok. As far as I can tell, I finally got rid of Malwarebytes.
    Kaspersky is gone.
    Everything is disconnected.
I gave you the BSOD logs last night.
I used msconfig to disable non-microsoft services.
I disabled everything in the task manager.
So I will be running the Inplace Upgrade Repair using a windows 10 iso I burned to dvd the other day. I have some things to do but I will finish that up later on . I will check for message from you and I will post when finished.

What method were you able to use to uninstll Malwrebytes?
Were the uninstall tools ran again for each Kaspersky nd Malwarebytes?

After the in place upgrade repair:
    a) run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread
    b) post new panther logs

There were multiple event viewer entries that displayed registry database corruption.
I don't know how to just troubleshoot the registry corruption.
Dalchina posted an image of delivery optimization in post #3.
Typically registry problems are not fixed by in place upgrade repairs.
A reset with save files, clean install, or a Macrium restore method may be necessary to fix the registry problem.
Alternatively the best option may be to wait for the release of Windows 1809 as the upgrade is likely to fix the underlying problems.

    Code:
    Event[3069]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Service Control Manager
      Date: 2018-09-27T02:05:56.556
      Event ID: 7024
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Local860014
      Description:
The Delivery Optimization service terminated with the following service-specific error:
The configuration registry database is corrupt.

I was able to remove both the Malwarebytes and Kaspersky. The Malwarebytes was removed by a program they ran on my computer as part of the support ticket.
I am going ahead with the in place upgrade repair unless you think a Factory Restore would be a better option to rebuild my registry from scratch. I'll wait a little while to see if you are on and think a Factory Restore would be better.
I am not sure if the 1809 release will be able to be installed unless I do it manually.

I guess you're not on or don't think the Factory reset would help. I'm going to do the second in place upgrade repair now. I'll be back when I am done.
While I am doing this, can you leave me a post saying whether I should go ahead and enable my services and security software after the upgrade and log posting. Ha, I feel naked without antivirus running.

Alright, the Inplace Upgrade is done and the logs you wanted are attached below.
Please let me know what else you need me to do.
Should I start reconnecting my peripherals and Enabling everything that was disabled?
Also, should I run Windows Update?

My curiosity got the best of me. Windows Update failed with the same errors.
I'll check in later on. I'm uncomfortable being online with no security enabled.

When uninstalling Kaspersky and Malwarebytes make sure that Windows defender is on and updated.
Most end users use Windows defender and may add a manual AV.

    Open Everything and search for:

    win32k.sys-20180926-0430.dmp
    9/26/2018 11:11:04 AM 1141.43
It is approximately 1.1 GB > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

Make note of the browser bookmarks so that you have them in case reset save files, reset remove files or a clean install is performed.

Run the Windows HP UEFI diagnostics: See right upper portion of this link:
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Official Site
Test as loop until failure overnight.
Report the results into the thread.
