Transferring Windows 10 license to another PC- FAIL

    Have you tried phone activation with the slui 4 command? Here's little hint, when it asks you if you want to activate Windows 10, press 2 for no. Then when asked say you want to activate Windows. That will take you into the system where you can enter your product ID.

    I think I've already tried that, but I'll give it another shot.

    I called the phone activation service once again, and this time it worked. Thanks for helping.

    Awesome, glad it finally worked out for you! Now, on the Activation Screen in Windows it should say the computer is activated with a digital license, and you should be able to skip entering the product key on a re-install on this same computer.

    One of my problems trying to talk to Msft support on the phone was that couldn't figure out which number to press for intelligible english.
