    1. Once again, after ca. 12 hrs I got the exact same (new) 7 "problem reports" which I deleted

    2. Ran 2018 Win Update Troubleshooter and checked for pending updates, "fixed" (no new)

    3. Did as suggested and updated Clock in Store, Successful, showed in Recent Activity as well as Store from yesterday when I re-installed it

    4. Have decided to leave automatic app Updates when on Wi-Fi OFF as shown BELOW

NOTE: was supposed to never be "ON" Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi should have been turned OFF in Settings), use cellular Huawei Mobile partner connections. Now in this moment re-checked (Network & Internet Settings) found Wi-Fi ON -- whoops! -- and turned if OFF again.

Will see if this works. B.t.w., WinX will sometimes change my Settings on its own, so will now check every new time I get these "problem reports" to see if WinX turned Wi-Fi back on. There are no free and not secured Wi-Fi connections here that I can use without knowing the password, except one which Kaspersky indicates is unsafe. One of many reasons I want Wi-Fi OFF normally.

    - have you attempted to see if there's a correlation between these and the scheduled app update task I posted a while back?

I suggest again that ultimately you will have to try this - it could save a whole lot of time (but note you will need a 1709 iso or bootable medium):
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

WinX? = Roman version of Win 10?

OK, how EXACTLY do I find the scheduled app update task?

    You could:
    - check the times when that's run vs your reports
    - run the task manually (rt click it) and see if you get any reports

Note - the reports may correlate with app update failures ( that's a guess as I said before).

You can also try launching the Store, check the dates apps were last updated.
Then try manually checking there for updates and see what happens, if you've not already.

Have made an appointment with really brilliant CS/IT official HP (business: I have WinX Pro) repair person here. Will bring my Macron Image stick with me at his request. Main issue I have is ALL the Intel Updates via HP and ALL the WinX security updates in the last half year since I made that Macron Image. I can guess 3 - 4 hours download time using my only Internet connection, Huawei Mobile Partner (cellular data link). Will see. Also show him some of the posts in this thread. In any case will NOT try to remove Store .....

    1. Have re-set Store to update apps when I am on Wi-Fi
    2. Turned Wi-Fi on
    3. Task auto update apps is running
    4. Last use was same time as last problem reports, but TasK Scheduler for that time indicates operation completed successfully
    5. No new problem reports, will re-boot and check again
