How to define a trigger to run when windows update kicks off?

I'm surprised I couldn't find old-time Windows' users/developers who've created scripts to fill in some of the "gaps" with windows 10. Based on responses, I'll try to write a Powershell script, hopefully, in short-time. I'll close this thread for now.
