    Windows 10 Insider Preview 17713.1000


    Windows 10 Insider Preview 17713.1000 (rs5_release) will not load. It gets to 95 or 99 percent then stops. I tried numerous times.

    If you can't do it through Windows Update, after repeated tries, please follow the instructions at @Kari's excellent UUP to ISO -- Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files.

It says: Status:Pending restart. I am restarting, but nothing happens. It goes through normal restart and that's all. Any idea? Thanks
