The purpose of the ADT is to provide broader information by way of a report...? (or are we so caught up in anonymity ? We helped a good few folk at EF by having info at hand...)
Let me rephrase "or are we so caught up in paranoia?"
    Sorry, here's my report.

    Windows Diagnostic Report.txt

It says "The Software Protection service failed to start." -- that's not by my choosing, this just started the other day, along with Windows Defender being unable to start -- I can't even manually start it.

Apology not necessary... I was just venting.

Yes, you have permissions errors on the licensing files (interesting that WD also complains) but the best way to fix this is to clean install unfortunately. Backup as usual first.
Note: permissions can not be fixed on running Windows (i.e like a repair install) - it must be done from PE.

Clean install complete. :) Wow, things are running much faster now.
