    Not Receiving Interim Updates?

My laptop is receiving the monthly cumulative updates & Defender updates but not interim updates like this one
    Cumulative Update KB4345421 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.167 - July 16

sfc /scannow runs fine and the Store Trouble Shooter gives the report below. What should I check next?

    Try
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

    from
Windows 10 Tutorial Index | Windows 10 Tutorials
which might help with the problem reported.

Interesting output from the Store Troubleshooter...

Quick reply! That .bat did't fix the problem but did no harm to try.

I had deferred feature updates for 180 days. When I set this to 0 days the update for KB4345421 appeared and installed.

I thought a feature update was the bi-annual April & October W10 update so I don't see why blocking feature updates also blocks updates like KB4345421.

I have feature updates deferred (= upgrades/new builds), and get most updates for 1709. A couple never seemed to arrive, and I manually installed them. Seemingly not quite consistent, but not really significant as the updates are caught up on the next successful cumulative update.

Make sure you don't have a delay set for quality updates.
