Can a windows licence linked to my microsoft account be transferred

I apologise if this has been asked before.

    I currently have 2 PCs:

1 has windows 10 home (personal licence) registered to my microsoft account.
1 has windows 10 Pro (personal licence) also registered to my microsoft account.

The PC with home installed I am looking at giving to a friend of my daughters.

Will both remain linked to my account and will there be any issues in future if a full re-install is performed?
Also are there any issues that could arise?

    Thanks in advance

    Paul

With the Windows 10 digital license now stored on MS Atication Servers, there is really nothing you can do. Once the new user logs into a Microsoft Account, the digital license for the computer will link to their MS Account.

If they log in with a local account only, the digital license will still be on MS activation servers based on the hardware ID of the computer itself, not whom is logged into it.

After you give the computer away, you can delete its device entry from your MS Account If you want, and that will in no way affect the activation of Windows 10 on that computer, it will still activate based on its hardware ID.
