Has my PC updated to 1803 or not?

I'm afraid I'm a little confused.
After the first failed attempt to install the 1803 update I'm not sure if the update has installed on the second attempt or not (despite me trying to stop it), however the 2nd attempt didn't cause any problems.

Update History says:
Feature updates (2)
Feature update to Windows 10, version1803
Requires restart to finish installing

Windows spec
Version 1709 (OS build 16299.431)

PC working just as it was before.

I'm guessing it hasn't installed and isn't going to? tho' I haven't any failure notices and the PC has been rebooted since the install attempt.

type winver in the search box and execute, look at at version number

As long as you can see any items in the updates history, means that your computer was not updated. After updating to 1803 your updates history will be empty.
